Eagle Hills launches the retail commercialization of the first phase of its Rabat Square project

Eagle Hills, a private investment and real estate development company based in Abu Dhabi, is launching the commercialization of its retail spaces in the first phase of the Rabat Square project located in Dar Essalam.

Following the successful launch of the residential component, Eagle Hills is launching the commercialization of the first phase of the retail spaces in this exceptional residential area.

This first phase, with an area of ​​1,000 m², is composed of retail premises with surfaces varying between 35 and 185 m². These are mainly dedicated to local services (delicatessen, bakery, laundry, convenience store ...), as well as cafes and are offered for rental without any key money requirement.
