Registering your interest is the first key step to acquire a property in Eagle Hills Morocco. You can proceed by sending a registration form on our website, by calling our property advisors or visiting our showrooms.

After you have registered your interest, one of our property advisors will briefly get in touch with you and present you our projects and current offers.

Once you have selected the property you would like to purchase, you will be able to reserve it by paying a refundable reservation fee.

Within 10 days upon making the reservation,  you will sign the Sales Purchase Agreement with Eagle Hills Morocco, in front of the proper state authority.

Right after making the down payment, you will proceed to settle the installments at regular intervals that match the milestones in the construction progress of the building in which you have reserved your apartment.

We will send you a newsletter each month during the entire duration of construction works, with details and photos about construction progress on the building in which you are purchasing your property.

After the completed building has passed a final technical inspection and you have made the last payment installment, Eagle Hills Morocco will officially transfer the ownership rights over the property over to you, after which you are free to move into your new home.
